OUR LEADERSHIP
Big Bear Electric Founded by
Chad Oseguera, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, has over 20 years of professional experience within the electrical industry. His career began in communications and progressed through an NMJATC apprenticeship and membership with IBEW 611. Mr. Oseguera has contributed to significant commercial projects, including medical facilities, educational institutions, military installations, and correctional centers. His technical expertise includes substation construction, maintenance, testing, and commissioning, complemented by extensive experience in grid operations, inspection, and project management. Chad possesses comprehensive knowledge of high, medium, and low voltage systems, from 9-volt to lighting bolt he's got it covered.
